Refund Policy

1. All sales are final

Voronide is a digital service delivered instantly. Because access is granted immediately on purchase, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies for any reason, including but not limited to: not using the service, change of mind, accidental purchase, account termination for a terms violation, or a Roblox ban.

2. Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrading between tiers credits what you have already paid. Downgrades do not generate a refund or credit for the difference.

3. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate, permanent termination of your account. If a chargeback is filed in bad faith after the service has been used, we reserve the right to pursue recovery.
